The night that went dark

It was a few weeks since I went to this camp, it was at a college mainly for the arts trying to get people around the same age to gain friends in their art/talent. I was one of the youngest here, only two other people were my age. This made me feel out of place, though strangely after this camp this night was odd. It was late at night and the sun had already set, I was taking a shower but I heard a scream... I ignored it just thinking it was my brother. When I got out though he was already asleep, I just brushed it off thinking it's just my mind playing tricks on me. Then I got to my room preparing to go to bed, a knock on my window. I ignored it once again, then it sounded as if something was thrown at the glass. Immediately I moved the curtain looking out the window, nothing was there. I ignored it again saying it must be my mind or I had to just be tired. But then I went to sleep, this dream is something I think about ever since it happened. I was back at that camp, though so were others and some who weren't there. People from my past who couldn't have been there, but it felt as if they were real. Their words, their actions, everything was them. Till a knock, similar to the one on the window that night and everyone turned to me with these crazed smiles. Then came the scream, loud high pitched and I covered my ears eyes shut trying to block the noise. I opened my eyes again, it was chaos, running, screaming, weapons, till a shot rang out and I turned to see who it was. His face and the weapon in his hand clear in my mind, a image I cannot forget. And suddenly I woke up, my breath racing as if I was actually injured. Looking around the room was dark, a loud bang of what I assumed to be the power came from outside. I turned to my lamp trying to turn it on, nothing, I grabbed my phone in hopes of something, it read 9: 00 am exactly. I set my phone down confused, it couldn't be that time the sun would've already been up. I rubbed my eyes in hopes it'd change as I looked outside, no only the sight of a figure in the distance, then the figure made a ringing deafening sound as I looked at it. I passed out, waking up at 9: 01 am, looking outside, the figure wasn't there, the sun was up, but the knock came again before I got up trying to ignore what just happened.
