This area and business has alot of history with violence, protesting, and community opposition. In all my years in paranormal studies I’ve never seen such consistency of community opposition while still patronizing the space. I suspect a strong hold of dark forces being fed now that there is a liquor store there. With much experience with the deceased I believe this area was once some form of sacred indigenous site but the tribe in which land this was prior to all the most recent inhabitants. There seems to be a legacy of betrayal and violence at this intersection. Interactions are notorious to house ellegua, exu, and other spirits of the diaspora that guard portals. Based on my experience I suppose there are a number of ghost and trapped spirits in this area fueling the overwhelming rage and jealousy. Would be best for the owner to do more than attempting to appease the living that he may suspected to fear. He needs to make amends with the land and the indigenous people of that land, he’s never done anything for them. No land acknowledgment, no medicine ceremony to include the very powerful natives of Seattle in the medicine they carried also prior and alongside the BIPOC community which many are related to. Trap culture is indigenous culture and those spirits are restless in this area. The most wrathful ancestors and ghost are those of warriors and fallen soldiers that never got their mission accomplished and feel un heard
