I was at the end of a guided tour through east Europe and the Balkan countries. My friend and I who were sharing a hotel room had been discussing religious ideas and she said she didn’t believe in the devil. I was really surprised because she studied theology and this being has been and still is a recurrent character in my life. I drank a bit too much absinthe - the alcohol that contains wormwood- a mild psychedelic. I passed out and was acting strangely- I don’t remember what happened but I remember being in heaven- meanwhile apparently I was still there talking to people and embarrassing myself . Something happened that scared my friend and she was convinced I was demon possessed or evil. Later that night the lights were flickering , it sounded like someone was there and things felt very strange. I woke up once or twice in a cold sweat. As soon as I got to split I felt some kind of special feelings like there is some kind of magic there - that strange things happen there often and it’s a special place. I’m not sure why but split seems very haunted to me.
