My family lived here for only 6 months. I opened the door 1 night to go to the bathroom, as my eyes adjusted to the hallway someone was standing in the door darker than the darkness. I said a few things to it thinking it was family before I realized it wasn't moving, not even breathing. I saw only darkness that sucked the light from the area it took up shaped like a person, no hat. I closed the door told my sister I wasn't going now and asked if she saw it too she said yes. Weeks later heard mom tell aunt someone had been murdered there according to the neighbors. She had the house blessed, I didn't know about that until after we moved. We had extra living room setup in the garage. When I would be in there alone the washer and dryer would come on by themselves. Mom confirms this, she had to repair it multiple times because of this. After the blessing my dad started having nightmares arguing with a lady that she couldn't come into the house, he didn't know the house had been blessed. One day I heard knocking on the door and answered it, no one was there, the dreams stopped. I found out about the dreams after we moved. I also began sleepwalking in this house. Finally got the nerve to go back over 20 years later and it was boarded up and the doors padlocked at the time.
