ok, this is super weird. so, this house is over 200 years old. it was built around 1809. when me and my stepmother moved in, the room I'm in was a mirror room. a MIRROR ROOM. (for those of you who don't know, mirrors facing each other are mirror vortexes, a portal to a different dimension.) anyways, that was a great thing, but the past owners LOVED mirrors, apparently, because there were many of them. a lot. many vortexes. that's not even the creepy part. the house came with 87 ouija boards, a satanic pentagram in the basement, and several...presences. in the basement, there's an addition. sort of a boiler room, I think? we've never explored it. but it's pitch black, no lights, and I swear there's something watching me. i swear. and the house has no historical records. absolutely NONE. ZERO. my father had to go to town hall when we moved in, and he couldn't find any records of it at all. even weirder, before I was even born, my mother and father were at a tag sale at the neighbours house, the one that lived next to our current place. the neighbours house is 666 cooke street. funny. turns out, the people who lived in our house before us had donated a couple of their pieces of furniture to this tag sale. a sealed trunk (which to my knowledge has never been opened) and a portrait. i dunno the man in the portrait. to this day, we still have both the objects we got from our house. the trunk, my mother warned, should NEVER be opened. i don't know if I could open it if I wanted to. to top it all off, when we were moving in, the hallway walls were blank. when my stepmother looked to her left, her childhood nickname was written very clearly on the walls. she has a very unique name, and it's not easy to spell. it's not explicitly supernatural/paranormal, but there's a lot of strange occurrences here too. crystals go missing, bones appear in the backyard, clothes are ripped. very strange.
