I had a dream where I was walking through a black void. I could see someone in the distance; they were kneeling in a pool of inky black water. As I got closer, I somehow knew instinctively that this figure was God.
Oddly enough, God didn\'t look like how God is supposed to look. God looked more like me.
Once I was able to see the face, I noticed that God was crying, and that the black pool was steadily rising. God said: "child, I love you. Like a dog, I love you. Like a mother who would kill to save her infant son, I love you. Why did you leave me?"

At the end of the dream, the black water covered God\'s face and I couldn\'t see anything anymore.
