2021 – ONGOING

This happens often, and more frequently in fall. When I go downstairs, lights blink in my house and across the street. They do it again when I go into the kitchen, or back upstairs or the bathroom (rarely). I don’t know if its related, but the people who live across from us drive a black van in the middle of the night once a month and offload plastic bags.
