I had gotten up early the morning of Yule 2020 to watch the sunrise and as I’m looking out my window I notice an orange light very slowly start rising from a ridge off in the distance. It moved straight up into the sky and then took a sharp right, then up again, then left, and kept moving in erratic directions all while staying this steady, very slow speed. After a while of that it started moving straight up again until it was either too high or too light out to see anymore. I then looked down at my phone and noticed with some shock I had been standing at my window staring at this thing for almost an hour!
