DESCRIPTION

There is what appears to be a long, odd-looking water creature living in the bay near Brownsville. It was 8 feet long with a serpent like body with no visible limbs. It also had a dark coloration. When sighted, the creature rose an eel-like head slightly out of the water while swimming. Not long after, it retreated back under the water near the bridge. I’m aware of the occasional river otter in the nearby estuary, but what I saw was definitely not an otter.
